RedAndy - You sum up my feelings exactly - I'm so pi**ed off. However the way we set up and how I presume Orient will play might frustrate them and suit our ridiculous possession game. Football can be mad some days. FFS - how bad have we become under SOD. We have to set up like away team at home to stand any chance against the mighty Orient. I can hear the luvvies now - 'we are in transition' etc etc. Bu**er off - can't you stupid sods see what SOD is doing to BCFC. Players like Cunningham,Moloney,Williams,Osborne,Reid,Bryan,JET,Pack,Elliot and Baldock are at least League1 players. SOD IS THE PROBLEM.
This week I actually forecasted a City win, which has been rare for me, but when I turned my computer on and saw the result I said to myself - self you knew that would be the actual result so why didn't you put it down on the thread? Luckily I live so far away from AG that I don't have to fork out my money week in and week out to watch what can only be described as a free fall, and you must all be asking WHY!!! Why has the owner allowed this to happen when he is touted as one of the richest people in the country and has thrown millions after millions down the drain to achieve (used in it's loosest and most ridiculous context) the current club status. I suppose if you want to look at the more positive aspect then our opponents yesterday have fallen further than us, but then again they beat us and made us look even more ridiculous than a lot of people think. This is truly the saddest state of affairs to happen to Bristol City since you know when and apparently, although we are under supposedly better stewardship, a single lesson has not been learned and I guess we will continue down the same back road until nobody bothers to show up at Ashton Gate. The supporters must be close to saying I don't think I will bother when it's very clear that the management and the players haven't showed up for many years. Sad state of affairs and don't expect any resolution under the current regime and just a glance back at the recent years will tell you that the same stench of apathy has been hanging around the stadium under too many different managers to be the fault of anyone other than the invisible giant at the top.
"I have to disagree re JET I think he wins a fair amount in the air" Really ?? I can't remember him winning one aerial challenge ever..!!!
YES .. Putting out the best clobber and ironing the twenty pound notes already. Buy the ticket take the ride. Water being choppy is all part of it.
I think this applies to both Bristol clubs! Just have respect for Holloway's honesty.. If it's not working for you, have the decency to hold up your hand and walk away before you can do more damage to your club.
Agree with the straight edge philosphy ... I am of the camp that you can get a lot higher off leading a positive life, music, experience and exercise than you can mashing it large. If it was about results ... Would've sacked it decades ago.
The Weasles are closing in ... The breadhead who coats off players for disloyalty then weeks later hangs his coat at a tuther club for cash, and a who who takes a cut of transfers fees ... In the front of the queue for honesty in front of the bankers that one.
Your respect is blue, fair enough, the man has took his money and walked, he has failed again, he is a total prat, damaged goods, Palace were right to blow him out, **** off, good news, move on, he has had his wedge...
