Ex Leeds star Vinnie Jones has revealed is is suffering from the most serious form of skin cancer. A check-up revealed it was melanoma. Doctors have since found more tumours, but Jones told The Sun, he would fight it with "everything I've got". "When the doctor said I had skin cancer, the first thing I thought was 'how long have I got?'" he told the newspaper. "It's weighing very heavily on me all the time," he said.

Vinnie is actually very low risk (95% chance of survival) as he's young and in good health - his wife is very high risk though as she has had a heart transplant (several years ago mind) but reduces her survival rate to 40%. That said, they are in the fortunate position of being able to afford top medical services which increases their chances
