Can't deny that Arsenal have been very good so far (though Southampton gifted them 3 points today ) but I think they will tire and run out of steam as their squad simply doesn't have enough strength in depth.

Southampton didn't gift us anything you prick, before we scored we hit the post 2 times, AND we still scored from a penalty, so even if you minus the first goal, we still had another goal.

As for not enough squad depth, really? Have you missed how many players we've had out injured for the past 3 months? We've had a minimum of 3 key players out since the start of the season.

If you're going to bring up some points, bring up some legitimate points, rather than the same old repeated BULLSHIT that's not even true, it's like a bad broken record.

 

In Europe, they have the expression winter champions, why do we mock it so much here?

Arsenal's squad could be stronger this season, but the real test of a squad is in March, April, when you are playing title deciders, big Cup ties and CL knock out ties back-to-back.

This is where United have been good and Arsenal have been weak since 2004

 

Yeah, we could do with another striker, but to say we 'lack' depth is bullshit, all our injuries and the fact we've still managed to go on such a good run is proof of the strong squad we have, not a single other team in the EPL has had the same amount of injuries to key players as Arsenal have.

And yeah we have been weak since 2004, but maybe this is the year we can be strong and do it, so far we have been showing we are strong. He is well touchy about Arsenal not being great against the bigger clubs when under pressure; when Arsenal lost to Chelsea, United and Dortmund in close succession he got very defensive even when we conceded that Arsenal look better in 'big games'.

12 games gone, Arsenal 4 points clear, best goal difference, mancs and chavs would call that championship winning form, unless it is another team and not theirs in that position.

Not only that but yesterday, comfortably beating one of the decent sides in the PL. One united failed to beat, one that beat 2nd place Liverpool and Southampton never looked like taking points even though they were not awful. It was a professional performance by Arsenal.

With Rosicky and Walnut back I can only imagine things will get better from this point, woe to Wenger if he prioritises the CL over the PL. This season all teams are dropping points against lower sides, this season is not about top 6 games as much as other seasons where the top 6 are beating everyone else, Arsenal are beating those teams week in week out.

This is the best chance in years to scoop up the PL for you lot and if Wenger has any sense he will already have his Jan targets to strengthen the squad, if not it will be a big mistake.
