They were informed how big it was and still said it would be fine, we were even gave the names of two senior stewards to make sure there was no problem when it arrived, but it was point blank rejected at the gates and the two stewards were apparently too busy to come to the gate.
Its one of those odd occassions when being right is less important than looking right. Even though it is right, it doesn't look right to me. If people think it doesn't look right they're not going to go and get a dictionary to find out they're wrong, they're just going to see the "mistake" as a reflection on the ability/intelligence of those organising it. Fortunately we know who's going to see it so correct spellings might not be an issue anyway.
I know it's a bloody big flag but surely you could fit it in the tiger onesie of a rather thin bloke?
If you do, please take and post a photograph, it'll be like someone wearing a 'fat suit' Hilarious...
Folded nice and neat and put up the back of someone entering around e6 preferably? Just to throw them off the scent!
To be fair though, that doesn't mean it's all that big. We've all seen the picture of West Yorkshire Police trying to work out what was wrong with your car last season. please log in to view this image Leaving Jnr the embarrassment of being in the pictures while you slunk off for an extra pint as well I see.
