This will be no push over but I think we will win. I don't see Gedo starting and so I think Graham will partner Sagbo up front

They can But Only if we play like we did @ Saints. If we play anything like we did in the 2 Spurs games then Palace could well get there backsides well tanned.
Maybe the day Graham bags a few ? Lol.

if he is anything like my boss he won't be ready. He (my boss, not Figgy) flew back from Houston overnight Tuesday/Wednesday and took the rest of the week off to recover. ****ing lightweight.

I'd leave Harper in to give McGregor another week of recovery time, and for no good reason that I can think of I'd have Faye in instead of Macca. Otherwise I agree with you.

I've tried telling the wife that, but she still expects me to take her shopping when I get back from these trips. Unreasonable bitch.

    I think it will be
    Harper
    Ros Macca Davies Fig
    Elmo Liv Hud Brady
    Sagbo Graham

Not my first choice, just the realistic one. It will be an hard game, but we will win and Sagbo will add to his goals. Don't underestimate CP, they are ****e, but not total ****e. We just need to focus on ourselves and play the next game coming. Enjoy.

    McGregor (if fully fit)
    Rosenior Davies Faye Figueroa
    Elmo Huddlestone Livermore Brady
    Gedo Sagbo

I'd be adventurous and go with that but I expect more like:

    McGregor
    Rosenior Davies McShane Figueroa
    Elmo Huddlestone Livermore Koren Brady

    Sagbo

We should have a pretty healthy group of players finally although Figgy may need some rest ...

    I'd like to see

    McGregor
Rosenior Faye Davies Macca (for Figgy)
Elmo Livermore Thudd Brady (or Boyd if Brady is still bothered by the hernia)
    Sagbo Gedo

Time for Gedo to get a start. He showed he's ready in Egypt.

Harper Bruce Figgy (or Dudgeon) Meyler Koren Boyd Graham

Elmo has been utterly ****, didn't he even get dropped from the Egypt squad?

Surely you'd play someone with real quality out on the right (koren or Boyd)?

Elmo has definitely not been at his best recently but I think being dropped from the Egyptian squad by Bradley might have given him a kick up the ass. I'm a big fan of Boyd and what he brings to the team so I'd be happy to see him on RW. Koren I see more as a second half impact sub these days rather than a starter.

I can understand the Boyd suggestion but why would you say we should drop Elmo - whose one main weakness is his lack of heart - and suggest Koren to replace him? What difference would that make? You're just swapping one pussy for another.

Disagree completely. Koren is far from being a pussy and Elmos main weakness is being a full back that can't defend. Koren is technically very good, intelligent on the pitch and can make things happen. All elmo does is run up and down and cross the ball to an empty box at worst or to a midget against 2 towering centre halves at best. He doesn't get in the box, he doesn't come in field and support play, he doesn't get into dangerous scoring positions, he's like a linesman.

Well I agree about that weakness, but if we're talking about him playing RM it's not really relevant is it?

Yes, because he still plays like a full back. We may aswell play rosey or macca on the right wing.

    Stats from BBC Sport

    Head-to-head

In the last meeting between these sides, veteran striker Kevin Phillips scored a hat-trick for Palace in a 4-2 Championship win in March 2013.

The two sides have given away seven penalties this season in the league - Crystal Palace four and Hull three.

    Hull City

There have only been five goals scored in the five league matches played at the KC Stadium this season.

The Tigers have conceded just one goal at home.

Hull are one of only five teams still unbeaten at home this season in the Premier League.

    Crystal Palace

They are the only side in the top flight yet to pick up a point away from home this season.

Palace have not won any of their last 18 Premier League away matches since a 1-0 victory at Birmingham City in October 2004.

They have failed to register a single shot on target in two Premier League games this season (v Manchester United and Southampton). No other side has suffered this fate.
