Maybe, BUT it is in Greater Manchester. Thats abit like LC playing their home games in Syston.... it´s still Leicestershire. Cov will be from Cov :emoticon-0112-wonde but playing in Leicestershire. TF it´s Friday. Oh by the way Scar´boro play in Briglington but they are not in the top 5 lges so that a pointless thing to say :emoticon-0120-doh:

Ref Arsenal. I don´t think it´s a place is it ? more of a name. Port Vale, are they in the top 5 ?, I have no idea about as I type but I will be going on Wiki to find out. Is W´don in the top 5 ?

Port Vale is not a town/city. You´ll only find the name on maps pre-dating the clubs formation & it is named after a vally of ports on the Trent - Mersey canal. Same sort of thing with Arsenal, worker at the Woolwich arsenal, Woolwich formed the club in 1886 blah, blah, blah so they don´t count.

Arsenal were formed as 'Woolwich Arsenal' ... after the arsenal in Woolwich <laugh> ... the team literally was originally made up of 'gunners'

This is true. I did my training there in 1990 as I was myself a ´Gunner´. Went to watch Arsenal v Sunderland whilst I was there (2-1 for the gunners)
