    Under 21s are getting good at this penalty shoot-out lark:

    It's all over and #watfordfc are through 4-3 on penalties! Byers slots home calmly for the 'Orns, then Lucas drags it wide for Swansea.

    Goalie saved one during normal game as well.

    Well done boys.

    Wilks is getting good at saving penalties!! Thats another two to add to the collection. The whole team are performing admirably against tough opposition. However I do wonder if Luke O'Nien has actually practiced penalties, he put this one over to go with the one in the first round!

    Ishmael Miller has just signed on loan for Yeovil - hopefully he'll miss another sitter as he did for Forest rather find his West Brom form.

    Also signed Adam Morgan from Liverpool on loan so basically a new strike force for them.

    Plus John Lundstram who I think we were after in the summer
