No, he is acting as it is a prank by him (he has done hundreds of other pranks) and she is acting as she saw the camera was in the room so knew something was going to happen (she thought he was going to propose). When she tells him she cheated he fully believes it and you can see how shocked he is and doesn't know what to do.
I get the premise, but he is quite clearly acting when she tells him, these people make a living from uploading videos like this on youtube.
I strongly disagree that he was acting, his face looks genuinely crushed and the way he hits/grabs random stuff looks completely natural, then at the end it certainly seems like genuine relief. It is entirely plausible that she saw the camera and decided to play along.
