Hodgson not expecting any additional players to recent squads.

Bit of a kick in the nuts for players who've been on the periphery in recent years. Surprised really, as I thought
he'd keep the door open for those who might hit a bit of form in the next few months....

He hasn't got a clue what his best squad is.

A big few years for the kids in the U21s. They'll have to have at least 2 good seasons in the premier league to stand a chance of getting in the main squad.

Especially, when Hodgeson will just pick the likes of Smalling, Cleverley, Henderson & Milner etc, irrespective of their form.

Hodgson is a poor, poor negative manager. Hopefully he will be gone when we fail to get out of our group.

Not really seen much of Smalling , but what i have seen im not at all impressed our own Davies fills me with far more confidence
As for our midfield Hudd could still be in with a shout
All a bit immaterial as we only seem to have one striker (Sturridge) so its gonna be a struggle over there

England being England will have injuries come the end of the season we always do. Just how many and to who ?

From what has been seen so far both Curtis Davies and Tom Huddlestone STILL have a great chance IF they keep there great form going. Southampton was a one off so far.

The carrott is there still despite what Roy has said. Time to forget England for now and concentrate on Hull City.

Smalling and Cleverley should never wear an England shirt again. They are poor.
