In case anyone is interested for the future the cost of upgrading from young adult to adult is £13.50 on the day at the ground or £17 over the phone. That is not unreasonable but I cannot understand why they would encourage people to do it on the day and thus add to the queues rather than sort it for the same price over the phone to avoid that.
