Do we actually know what the physical world is? We make assumptions based on sight,sound,smell,touch but these are artefacts of how our brain interprets information. So how can we ever know what the physical world really is?

Are we even present in the physical world in any given universe?

Given that conciousness is nothing more than a collection of memories how can we know? At each instant of time we percieve. That instant is gone the instant it happens. Therefore our existence is our concious memory. Everything that has ever been has already happened and was a slave to our brain's interpretation.
