Is the idea that the use of the word "City" in a football teams name is what he was referring to, and not general use of the word too difficult to grasp?
The club should be all over the City of Culture bid, it's massive for the city, but instead they're going to distance themselves from the whole thing. They even tweeted congratulations on winning Capital of Culture this morning, they can't even bring themselves to use the word city in a tweet now. It's farcical and piss poor management, just like everything else that's going on at the moment.
I know exactly what AA means I'm just emphasising the fact that for the next four years CITY is THE name to have!! Maybe you should have grasped that?
