Its very annoying as you have to rely on them for that sort of decision. I was trying the weigh up what to do for the two laps inbetween, on the lap before going into the pits, second had closed the gap by two seconds and I was sliding so did as they said

 

Probably is, the track temp is higher and stickier meaning the tyres are in in for a hard time
