If I wanted to disagree I'd have a field day but I'm more interested in just seeing what he thinks. The rest of us know there are already arguments to be made for him being a top five QB after a year and a half.

read carefully, I said he does all of it at a very high level, he has all the traits of some of the best QB's in today's league but I have mixed feelings for this season as I think we still haven't seen him at his full potential. I think he still has room to improve. Why I'm not all jumpy and cheery about him I really don't know.

We haven't seen him at his full potential? Do you take his age into account in your judgement?

Well that could be a reason why I'm mixed, he hasn't got a solid team to work with like Russell Wilson. A team can make you look good, or very bad. Anyways, I regard him as a good QB but he doesn't get me fired up right now, maybe it'll come later this season.

Well do you think he has the team that can make him perform at his full potential? And I'm taking into account that this is only his second season, he still has a long career ahead of him.

I think teams change every season in the NFL. Regardless I think it's pretty funny that you "can't get excited" for easily the best young QB in the league. Experts and fans alike can't stop drooling over him but hey, I'm bound to be biased.

What a couple of brilliant points scored there in the past 5 minutes, brilliant kick by Crosby and a wobbly one for SF that made me hold my breath. Then that throw by Willson. And Soldier field needs a new pitch next week <laugh>

The Bears really hurt themselves by not going for fourth down, then not using the time-outs to stop the clock from 1m 50. Now they're looking at overtime.

The latest I got on Greer is that the officials ruled him out for the season, no info on what the injury exactly is other than it's a knee.

Who'd be a place kicker in Chi town. It looks like a ploughed field and the wind on top of that.

Kevin Butler was the goods in Chi when I started watching, he was a great kicker.

Looks like the Bears might clinch it.
