Still don't really know what to make of LUST to be honest. I'm all for supporters having part ownership of a club and a bit of a say in how it's run. But since they formed, they haven't really gained much momentum recently have they? That's even after meetings with the new owners etc. I think maybe fans are starting to realise that we should leave GFH to continue the decent work so far, albeit slow progress, which I personally prefer anyway.
Don't agree. Nothing wrong with having people involved in the running of the club that have a love for it. rather that than journeymen managers and players who couldn't give a ****. We've had our fair share of those. Add to that owners who admit themselves, they didn't know first thing about running a football club and the jury is still out on that one
LUST are all hot air and trumpet blowing, as JLA pointed out, they were going to do so much to prove so many points and they did zilch.
Cannot for the life of me, see what it would achieve by rocking the boat at this time. General consensus among everyone, Lust, fans, gfh, management and players that everyone needs to be pulling in the same direction. Surely any revelations from LUST now regarding our current owners would be only counter productive
Off the pitch we seem to be going along nicely at the moment, slowly but surely righting the wrongs. We don't really need this new, unsettling speculation. That Radebe is supposedly involved is negated by the fact Adam Pearson is supposedly involved too. A takeover of sorts for a majority purchase of £7M isn't worth the hassle and the disruption it would potentially have on the playing side. I'd rather have Noorruddin, Haigh and Patel steadying the ship for the moment even if they don't have a vast amount of money to invest on the playing side. They and McDermott seem to have a good working relationship, and having less money is in a way giving more of our young development squad players a chance of breaking through. LUST need to stop meddling and attempting to introduce Micky Mouse investors, GFH are more than capable of doing that themselves. In my opinion there really is no need for LUST anymore, we have the supporters club already in LUSC. LUST should be thanked for their part in ridding us of Bates, but they've served their purpose now, there's no more for them to do.
GFH say it's bollocks. It can't be bollocks again can it? Of course it can. Fat fook was on the tele saying who lust were involved. I think we can now be sure it's bollocks. He just wants a seat on the board without buying it. For me LUST always was a bag of ****e but with GC anywhere near it, with the exception of his civil partner WJ and the self righteous brother the rest of you must be coming to the same conclusion?

The day LUST buy into Leeds is the day I walk away ... GC is nothing more than a thick idiot ... their diabolical behaviour in the past shows they lack intelligence, have no tact or business nous ... they can get LOST as far as I'm concerned ... it will be the biggest blunder ever made by Leeds ... I truly believe they will be worse than Bates, there will have to be the promised "transparency" which won't fully materialise, expect lots of public spats with supporters and agents/players ... I really don't want LUST to have anything to do with Leeds because they don't represent me and are nothing more than another supporters club branch with limited membership ... the day they can show 75000 signed up members I'll say fair enough, but that will never happen ... think about it, in the days of Bates the club still managed to sell 50000 club memberships, imagine what that will be in the Prem, don't need LUST ... leave our club to proper owners with a stake ... it won't be long before the "investor" going 50/50 with LUST will want a healthy return, then what ... they sell to some unsavoury character and we are heading backwards again ... no thanks, LUST is still just a handful of idiots working for THEMSELVES and their OWN SELF IMPORTANCE ... glory hunters who need to fcuk off back to their miserable lives and leave the club alone ... nothing but trouble if this actually happens.

Knowing me as you do from this blog, do you really thing I'd accept anything without question? That's why I go to LUST meetings, and am quite vocal when it comes to asking questions. So I get to hear both sides, and make up my own mind. But you don't attend, and don't ask questions of LUSt. You ask questions here, then answer them yourself, as if it was fact. Try going to a meeting & ask your questions there. Then you can truly voice any concerns you may have. Seems so little effort to get to the heart of it. Perhaps you prefer your cowardly & damaging approach?
My approach could only be damaging if I am right. If the damage I do means we don't end up with lust anywhere near the boardroom it will be worth it. The problem about asking questions is that people lie. Given that lust misrepresent the size of their mandate why would I as a non believer allow them to pretend that they have another follower by going to another GC publicity roadshow. He makes Ridsdale look shy and retiring. So when it comes out there is no Radebe based TO will you come back and say GC bullshitted?

Nice swerve WJ. GC said on the tele on Saturday there was a take over bid in the table. GFH say there isn't. When he is shown to be (let's be kind here and not say being a lying Cnut) mistaken will you see him for what he is? The proof isn't defined what is said at a meeting of acolytes but in what actually happens. You know like lust not introducing GFH to cuddly Ken.
I'm over in Florida, so can't ask him the question. Please remember that GFH have been very clever with their wording in the past - this is not an opinion - it's published fact!
