Based on your performances so far this season it is PROBABLE. There's no proof that your mini-revival will continue
We have the best form in the premier league over the last five games Dave, check it out if you don`t believe it.
Given their PL history compared to yours, that comment is somewhat ironic - albeit barring once in 20 odd years you've never even made it into the Bridesmaid position, lol .
You're even sounding like a manc now tobes, I know your club and the Salford Satans are entwined in an eternal love affair but ffs football existed before the PL, and Cap'n Dave is talking about Utd at present so stop banging on about their history.
That is exactly what I meant by #wishfulthinking. Liverpool has very little history of competing for the title and recently not even for top 4. So to say that it is probable rather than possible can only mean one thing. #greeneyedmonster
So football started 26yrs after Sir Matt's last title? Out of curiosity didn't Utd get promoted from the 2nd division and gradually work there way to the top? Got to start somewhere to get to the top, right?
Following the Walker takeover Rovers finished 19th in the Second Division at the end of the 1990–91 season, but the new owner had made millions of pounds available to spend on new players and appointed Kenny Dalglish as manager in October 1991.[19] Blackburn secured promotion to the new FA Premier League at the end of 1991–92 season as play-off winners, ending 26 years outside the top flight.[20] Rovers made headlines in the summer of 1992 by paying an English record fee of £3.5million for the 22-year-old Southampton and England centre forward Alan Shearer.[21] After finishing fourth in 1992–93 [22] and runners-up in 1993–94,[23] they went on to win the Premier League title in 1994–95.[24] The title chase went down to the last game of the season, but despite Rovers losing to Liverpool they edged out rivals Manchester United to win the championship. What is funny is both our clubs have done the same thing lad.
You're wasting your time Bluff, Smitty is a child of the Fergie empire with as blinkered a view as his retired mentor.
Funny stuff. Who knows? In my opinion it wont be Arsenal or Liverpool. I think as the games come thick and fast points will be dropped by both these sides. Saints will end up several places lower. United? Wouldn't be surprised. Anyone who says they would be is lying to themselves. If anything it would be typical. Bunch of ****s that United are eh? It could be any of a number of clubs tbh. It doesnt matter though, not one bit. It'll matter in May
Starting this weekend and right through to the end of December there is at least one game per week between current top eight teams. Many points will be dropped and by January the top should have started to sort itself out.
United are going to be top by january. Moyes will prove what a great manager he is and win the treble this season. I think moyes will be at united for 20 years and win 26 trophies in that time. You can bookmark this comment. I am convinced that moyes will win us 26 trophies in 20 years.
