There can't be a person alive who wouldn't love to see him score a century in his last match - on his home ground <ok>

He's got 29% of them, so far.

What a man, what a player, sincerely hope more than anything he gets his century tomorrow. Can't imagine what the atmosphere will be like if he does.

Hey Warky, some of your girls are getting a bit uptight over on the Town board about this windup.

Sounds like they have been done good and proper.

All the billy big balls talk is just a little embarrassing, dont you think?

One thing for sure, if he makes it, he will get a tremendous reception from the Windies, players and fans alike, they know all about their cricket!

Cigarettes and whiskey and wild wild women?

West Indies great Brian Lara described the India star as "the Muhammad Ali and the Michael Jordan of cricket".

Lara, who scored 11,953 runs in 131 Tests, added: "Tendulkar has had the greatest cricket career of anyone who has ever played the game."

Former Australia leg-spinner Shane Warne also praised the prolific batsman.

"There will not be another Sachin Tendulkar," Warne, who took 708 Test wickets, wrote in his Daily Telegraph column. "He was the best batsman of my generation."

The whole cricket world will be giving him plaudits.

I thought I had already seen the best batsman to ever play the game when I saw the Great Vivian Richards play for the first time I 1976 but Tendulka is something else!

Other than the West Indians, they'd love to see his wickets scattered first ball, plus all of Pakistan

Not so sure about the West Indians, they're genuine cricket lovers, Pakistan would be a different issue.

If his last game was against England in a test series I'd prefer to see his stumps uprooted but would be pleased if he did make a century- a small one anyway
