There's been a lot of negativity about the Allams lately. So a straight answer please Who wants them to stay and who wants them to go?
I don't think anyone wants them to go. They've barely put a foot wrong before the name-changing. Barmby's sacking was controversial at the time, but look where we are as a result.
They should remain, in my opinion. But the good Doctor should also step down from his high horse. (He should also learn something of people skills and PR).
No, Craig - it's not a straightforward choice (to me and many others). It's far too nuanced. [Edit: Oh, very well then...]
Craig, you are using the same derisory take-it-or-leave-it tactic as AA and it will achieve as much. I won't vote as I am not as simple as your crude poll.
It's not straight forward, but he's alienating fans - that's not the way globally successful football clubs work. It's a completely different ball game to selling marine generators. He has lost complete sight of this.
At the end of the day Allam won't even offer "take it or leave it" he will just go. The choice is clear. I notice most of the AFCs currently on the board aren't voting. Is this because you're waiting for a PM?
By the way, Craig - heading this thread 'The Allam's Tenure' makes it sound as if you're referring to the good Doctor as 'the Allam'..... .....it should be 'The Allams' Tenure'.
This vote is flawed to say the least. I don't think anyone wants the Allams to leave. The name change is the important issue at the moment and that's what the "unrest" is all about.
If you've been reading the main threads on this board this week, you'd find there's a very noisy care in the community group howling for Dr. Allams head.
3 seem to and I imagine some of those who have slagged him off for weeks will ... If they have the guts to stand up and be counted.
Egg chasers and wums i would suggest. But for them we would not have a club now and especially one in the PL or anywhere near it.
