I was at Cardiff when we went for a big promotion match and had about 12,000 down there. We met up with Frankie's bus and were walking to the ground when we were confronted by around 80 Cardiff. Two of their 'lads' came across to lay the law down and Frankie said, 'i don't want any trouble lads, I'll speak to them'. He walked into the middle of the road and threw one of the best punches I'd ever seen. The lad's mate stood open-mouthed and Frankie nearly took his head off with the other fist. The rest scarpered and we didn't see them again. He's one of a kind that lad, despite what any of the ****ing tree huggers has to say.
