Reading out texts and emails from fans. Much more backing Mr Allam. CTWD best get their arses in gear.
Is this the same Radio 'Umbersard which consistently picks the idiots out on matchdays who complain about the side even when they win comfortably?
Don't you think when the Humberside callers start agreeing with you, that's when you know you're talking ****?
From the amount of shoite Mike White's been getting from a Scunthorpe ****wit over the last few days on Twitter, any fan from HULL CITY AFC sensible, deranged or otherwise will be welcome! Apparently, the Scunter can't work out why our club has been the biggest story for the last few days!
I'm not sure that they actually pick them, it's just that they're the only one's who ring in. A caller who talks sense is extremely rare on that show. Some of them don't really have anything relevant to say, I think they're just lonely and need someone to talk to!
I didn't realise the Humberside callers had their own website, but I imagine if they do, most of the content will be pretty worthless yes.
Exactly why I stopped listening. At least when burnsy was on he made sure there was plenty of football talk
To be fair last night was literally nothing but City. So it should be expected. Tonight they only mentioned HKR really. And that was about 15 minutes at most. Scunny got about two minutes and Grimsby and FC got nowt. City still dominated the show.
They employ the element of 'balance'. First they have a ****wit; then, to balance that they have another ****wit. S'easy.....
i think if the BBC get 300 for an argument and 3 against - the BBC will probably read out 3 each or maybe a 4th to show the is some favour - but thats about it
I don't have a problem with Humberside really, they've got 5 teams to cover and we get the most coverage (and rightly so) so fair enough. I'm sure they don't deliberately pick stupid callers, it's just all they've got.
Whittling is right... If the BBC did not enforce such a policy, the CTWD campaign would get no air-time at all based on their minority status. Off-topic... Does anyone know why Hull City Fan Forum parted company with WHCR? Was this to do with their stance on the name change?
Lloyd was against the name change. So, for once in his life, he has said the right thing. (Can't believe I said that about Gollum)
