amazing he is so hated for things he has done on a ****ing football pitch ffs, yet some of the players out there, what they get up to in their spare time off it and on it.

only thing that worries me about these type situations and all clubs do this, is it just pr bollocks or do they generally care, be nice to think they do, but now days you never know.

might be just me but i don't think we live in a society any more where people generally care, its each for themselves and image bollocks.

Its a simple club pick a player to go do the pr thing. nothing bad nothing sinister from us either.

I read this and though, "12k?". Really? Former academy player, charity and hospital supported by Liverpool over many years now and they can't even contribute to the 12k raised by the family despite even their reserve team players earning comfortably over 20k a week.

I hate football sometimes. Give up a week's wages across the whole club and donate that. Easy few million. Bet that would go a long way and barely even be noticed by the pampered twats.
