How are we going to persuede the likes of Nzogbia to come to Sunderland, it cant be for the clubs ambition, He`d be better off staying in Wigan, for the moment, because our potential signings are to be truthful CRAP, we have sold two of our diamonds in consecutive windows, we didnt replace Bent, we had too many loanees, of which none will return, and if Gyan goes, how likely is Nzogbia to move here, ,,,,none. and as for filling the stadium, we are going the right way to empty it, and then SNQ,will be forced to understand why folks watch foootball in pubs, some blokes might even go shopping with the missus [god forbid] and watch the highlights on MOTD, but only if Sunderland should win, a sad predicament indeed. the only way is money, big big money, and that aint going to happen .

Just tell him we'll give him good wages he will play blinders all season then at the end of it we'll sell him on, 1 year contracts it's the way forward.
To be honest I can't see us being able to sell the so called magic carpet ride to many top players but, we should be able to sell it to some of the hungry players who have a point to prove. Here's hoping anyway.

If a big club is in for an excellent player like Charlie we won't get him. The other club will (maybe) be able to outbid us and they can certainly offer him bigger wages than we can not to mention European football.

    Where would you go?

    That's the point, billofengland.

After that god awful finish to the season and then selling our best players, why the **** would N'Zogbia, Welbeck, Sturridge etc want to come to Sunderland. What are Bruce, quinn, ellis thinking about? They must have lost it. They need to act quickly and get some star players in or they're going to **** it up all together.

Evertons in for NZog as well now.

I said this ages ago if we wanted him we should have paid what Whelan wanted.
Was Bruce hoping to get him cheap if Wigan went down?
Wouldn't have happened as there was always going to be other teams going in for him.

KEANE, what star players. WE WERE on sort of a roll, now the juggernaut has come to a standstill, realy dont see how we can move forward and upwards, only by doing a Chelsky or Citeh, and slinging loads a dosh around, otherwise. dead as a dodo.

Well i said before the sale of Henderson, i think we may well have missed the boat on N'Zogbia (tryignt o save 1 million quid, for ****s sake). It looked like we were certain to be his next destination, i'll be ****ing gutted if that isn't the case. This management team is so close to ruining everything and they need to sort it out real quick. If we'd brought in N'Zogbia in january when we desperately needed him and could have had him, we'd have finished COMFORTABLY in the top 10, possibly maintaining out form of 1st half of season. We'd still have jordan (why would he leave) and players such as Welbeck and Sturridge would see us as a hugely attractive option. Look what we've ****ing done? ****ed up big style trying to save couple of million - a drop in the ocean and we've lost more money ALREADY due to **** season.

not sure if you actually read this through before sending it mate,,

we finished top ten, who's to say if he was here it would be any different.

as for D/W AND D/S, how are we to know what they think, maybe they will come, we don't know.

jordan would not have left, you sure about that? what if we had zog,

No, that's what i'm implying cammachio.

If we'd signed N'Zogbia in january when we sold Bent, we'd have maintianed our form. That's my opinion and i believe in it very strongly. The left side absolutely crippled us. N'Zogbia would have solved than. IN MY OPINION we'd not have went on that god awful run and would have finished higher up the table. We'd look like a team going somewhere and Henderson wouldn't have wanted to leave, he'd want to be part of it. But instead we wouldn'y meet Wigan's valuation of N'Zogbia, preferring to save 1-2 million quid, which we subsequently lost falling down the table anyhow. It was bad, bad management. Capiche? Just repeated myself there even though it were very clear in the first place.

I'm not saying N'Zogbia is superhuman nor am i saying he's Messi (one and the same thing), but he would have balanced the team out and we desperately needed that last season. Plus, he is a very talented player. I genuinely think he'll link up brilliantly with Gyan, N'Zogbia coming from deep. He'd give us that drive from midfield, goals from midfield and give our strikers more to play with. Gyan, N'Zogbia, Welbeck...they're on the same wavelength and would be real difficult to stop. I know you've stated, Cammachio, on many occasions you're not a big fan of Gyan and N'Zogbia and you're entitled to your opinion.

i'm not as worried about losing gyan as many seem to be, i'll be in a minority there for sure, but sure he can be replaced.

as for zog, for long periods when we were linked to him, i stated that he is over-hyped, but admit on his day he does bring something, would still prefer downing. but i wouldn't grumble if zog came, because on a good day he is very good,

I think you're absolutely correct, mate, and it pisses me off. I still think we could have wrapped up a deal to sign Adam Johnson, anarl. We thought we held all the cards in that deal and decided to bide our time to get him cheaper, instead he came to Man City's attention and the rest is history. We could have had a player of Johnson's quality for 6-7 million quid, but were only prepared to pay 2-3 million. daft.
