Judge a team after 10 games lads. 11 games gone, and still second and two points off top place. Are we going to stay there? Probably not. Are games going to get tougher? Of course. But who gives a ****, let's enjoy it while we're up there because we've experienced a crap few years compared to what we've experienced before, and to be frank.. I'm just happy to be in the conversation for now because we've exceeded all my expectations thus far. On the back of that, we're somewhat close to having a fully fit squad (touch wood), since Suarez returned we're banging in goals for fun and we've now reverted back to a system that has produced wonderful results for us, oh and let's not forget we have 4 inform defenders vying for 2 spots. Oh and well done Brendan Rodgers, because he has took a lot of stick by some of our own and most rival fans, but he's got us playing some breathtaking stuff and we're winning games by doing so, he has his faults but he's certainly taking us in the right direction and learning and bettering himself as a manager as time goes by. Credit to the man, a real gentleman even if he does talk a load of waffle If you listen to the rivals we're completely ****, but I hope we carry on being **** if we carry on in the same form I'm certainly going to make the most of it while we're up there
When we've played nineteen LEAGUE games, we won;t have played everyone. The season is not split into two halves
Think you'll find it is. Stoke Villa United Swansea Saints Sunderland Palace Newcastle WBA Arsenal Fulham Everton Hull Norwich West Ham Spurs Cardiff City Chelsea That's our first 19 league games of the season... every team once. Ergo, after 19 games (assuming none get called off) we'd have played everyone once.
I know, tempted to keep it wrong just to show not only how terrible the statement is, but how bad the spelling was as well but the OCD in me couldn't bring myself to keep it like that! Notice he's gone very quiet after that comment as well, hiding in embarrassment me thinks
Fair enough, it may be the case this season (I hadn't looked) but its not normally split in two like that. Often see two teams facing each other twice within a few weeks of each other (and I don't mean cup games )
That's because at the turn of the year, you don't flip back and start the same teams all again, like I think we have Hull twice withign a few weeks, but only after 19 games have played. Either way a massive FAIL to you
