Christ, this is dull. There really is no point in arguing with someone who maintains the same position, despite it having been systematically de-constructed.
Who lost what? I didnt bring in past seasons, nor did I bring ronaldo into it. I was discussing this season. A season where despite his impressive tally ( its brilliant ) shows that he is a flat track bully. I'm also the first to point out its no bad thing. You guys could do with one. Its those goals against those poorer sides that will help you in your quest for top 4. in all honesty I fail to see why some of you have got your backs up.
So really, what your entire summary of Suarez boils down to is him failing to score against Arsenal? Fool proof, that.
You and your fellow Utd posters were ever so happy that your team bullied Arsenal out of the game today, if bullying gets results and is ok for man yoo its ok for Suarez and LFC.
I haven't got my back up, I'm just bored with a pointless, stupid argument. Continually reiterating a point which has been roundly dis-proven is illogical and futile. It has been pointed out that Suarez scores against all sorts of opposition. So, he scores more against weaker teams? What a surprise.
Hit the nail on the head. RVP scores today and suddenly Suarez is a 'flat track bully' (whatever the **** one of those is!)....
Good to see that the whole definition of the best players in the world boils down to who scores the most and against which opposition. Who was United's man of the match today? Rooney, didn't score but got an assist. Who should have been Liverpool's man of the match yesterday? Henderson, but commentators always pick the scorers. There is so much more to being the 'best player' than simply scoring goals. I don't give a flying **** who Suarez gets goals against. If he's not scoring, he's creating. If he's not creating, he's pestering and pressing, making space, dropping deep and controlling the ball. He has a passion for winning that I haven't seen at this club since Gerrard was last able to run. He's not world class because of how many goals he scores and who against, he's there because he's class all round; he just does happen to score a shed load whilst doing it.
So he was a 'flat track bully' before his one goal today was he??? Considering you played Fulham, Norwich and Stoke. Complete non-starter this UIR
Don't worry mate, if Suarez scores against Everton he transforms in to a big game player again. Embrace the logic.
What a ****ing waste of hyper-space this thread is. But then what do you expect when UIR is merely filling up the space with crap!
Dave this is nothing compared to the drivel being spouted on the Man Utd board right now. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/236930-Who-s-the-3rd-best-player-in-the-world/page4
Don't think I'll bother going there. It's bad enough that this brain-dead argument is taking up so much space on our board, I certainly can't be arsed to visit theirs to wade through more crap.
God, you're right. It can only get worse. I'm away for 5 or 6 days from Thursday so at least I'll miss a chunk of it.
