Didn't C.Ronaldo have the same reputation too? And Rooney. Crazy thought but maybe its just easier against the lower ranked teams and therefore they stand out more.
I know his record. Ive just had another look at it and looked at each of the games. 2 v Fulham, 3 v West Brom, 1 v Palace, 2 v Sunderland. 0 against United, Newcastle and Arsenal. So far hes been a flat track bully
He was our most lively against Arsenal but for once he didn't take his shooting boots onto the pitch.
Not really. maybe in his very early years. in his last few years Ronaldo scored against all sides. He wasnt picky. Any goals a goal.
Im not talking about performance but his goals. his performances are not in question. Just his goals, just this season.
I've not misunderstood at all. You decided to judge Suarez purely on this season because it didn't suit your argument to look any further back. When discussing C.Ronaldo, you dismiss his reputation as a "bully to smaller sides" because he did it in his final seasons. Fair enoguh, he put the record straight but he still had a reputation. Just like Suarez has done the business prior to this season and therefore doesn't have that reputation. You can't have it both ways.
Suarez wasnt a scrawny 18 year old winger tbf. Ronaldos early years shouldnt be taken into consideration. Plus lets be honest here, suarez is nowhere near ronaldo of then or now.
UIR fighting a losing battle here Might as well go outside and headbutt your car or kick the neighbours cat to death.
Whats that? hes not world class? its not a theory, its just common sense I compared him to darren bent didnt i?
