Just popped over to the Arsenal board. They are very wary of us and someone thinks we will beat them.

Well with no Flamini (that really is huge, imo), that doesn't surprise me.

Look, I expect us to lose. But I also expect us to get in Arsenal's faces - and that is something that Flamini would probably have coped with better than Arteta, Cazorla etc. So who knows.

The Merseyside derby is the early KO that day. Now, if Liverpool don't win that...

Arsenal's passing scares me, but they really did not look comfortable when Man U pressured their midfielders. Either we're a really bad matchup for them, or they are a really bad matchup for us.

I nearly got talked into an even-money bet that Saints would win the league down the pub this afternoon. How crazy is that, that I should even be tempted? Mind you, I did say I would probably go for it if we get results at Arsenal and Chelsea!

Having watched it I think the ref has actually made a great decision for the Stoke penalty, the more I watch it the more he seems to move his arm towards it, and find it telling Routledge was the only Swansea player not going mental at the ref.

It was a penalty for me. His arm moved slightly towards the ball.

When you play football your arms move for a variety of reasons. It doesn't mean that it was deliberate.IMO it was only a slightly less criminal decision that Chelsea. But then Jose thought that was ok,didn't he?

A brilliant season for you boys, hope it continues and we end up the only team to beat you.(How the hell did that happen) I honestly don't think that it's possible for anyone other than ManU,Citeh or Chelsea to win simply because of squad depths.I can see you getting 4th though.

So 2 games were decided in injury time by, in my opinion and that of most others, the award of unwarranted penalties. Referees in this league are very poor. Perhaps the most perplexing decision for me came at Old Trafford, Mr Oliver's decision to book Jones for the clash of heads with Szczeney. If its accidental there is no reason to book, if it is not accidental then its a deliberate head butt and he should be sent off. Or has he deemed that it was accidental but reckless or careless, just got his timing wrong, never mind that the challenge could have caused permanent damage or worse. For the record I think it was a complete accident and he shouldn't have been booked, but if the referee deemed it foul play then there is no room for a compromise yellow it has to be a straight red.

Was watching that in the pub.Total bewilderment at the decision to book Jones. How could it possibly be deliberate? These clowns will ruin the game.Surprised he didn't book DeGea for the one on Vidic.

Although it was not a booking that statement is completely out of order. Without referees there wouldn't even be games. The lack of respect for referees is a joke.

It's not out of order because Jones could have been booked and sent off before half time.Arsenal might have won and the title decided by a bad ref.

Correction, a bad decision. You seem to think that referees should get every single decision right.
