Well we're still 5 clear of United (having got this jinx fixture out of the way), 6 clear of City and 5 clear of Chelsea. Liverpool will disappear into obscurity before too long so not too worried about them. Not all bad. We need to win our next three fixtures, Southampton, Hull and Cardiff. That will give us 34 points going into a tough run of games in December.
Who's gloating? and 3 points behind Liverpool? They'd need to be 30 ahead of us to even have a chance of finishing above us.
To be honest, if we had to lose a game this was the best weekend to do it. Chelsea drew, City and Spurs both lost and we were away at Old Trafford. Hopefully we can regroup and get 3 points against Southampton. Walcott and Podolski to come back soon, more depth, more options, more rotation and rest for our top players. Not a disaster by any means.
That was absolute garbage today, not good enough, from A-Z we were rubbish. Wenger deserves credit when he does good, but when he does bad, then he deserves all the critique, and his recent record against United is beyond bad, it's not good enough. It's always the same **** against them, no purpose, no proper tactics, ****ing hell, sort it bloody out against Man United, getting so sick of seeing the same film over and over again.
I hope Wenger doesnt show Giroud the same level of patience he has shown to Ramsey , we could be watching him squander chances for 2 years . DUMP HIM AND BUY A STRIKER ! Or give Rambo the shirt and be done with it.

garbage is 8-2 friend . That wasnt the worst ive seen us play , by a long chalk . But we seemed to get our tactics completely wrong. Rambo was contained largely , and THAT is a black mark for Arsene.
The first half was shocking, we didn't go in hard, barely pressured them, giving them space, was a ****ing disgrace. At least if we lose go down with a fight, not like that. Wenger has no clue when he comes up against United, and that's a fact.
We were garbage, United weren't good either which is why it was only 1-0, but we were more bad, we didn't show up in the first half, and in the second half when we tried to play a bit, we were terrible. It's another loss against United, that's all that counts.
Our worst performance against United was the 2-1 last season. we showed nothing in that game, we played better in the 8-2 than we did in last year's game. Today was slightly better than the 8-2, but not by much.

United can retain Fergie's winning mentality in big games that Arsenal have not had for 8 years. Chelsea retained that big game mentality for five years after Jose left. Let's hope United lose theirs a lot quicker please. This Arsenal squad needs to start beating clubs like Chelsea and United regularly, in big games, title deciders in March, April, May to get this winning mentality
