    Eagles nest in Cottage

    Following their World Cup playoff second leg tie against Ethiopia on Saturday week, Nigeria hope to celebrate qualification for Brazil with a friendly staged in the UK.

    Venue for the kickabout with Italy is Fulham's Craven Cottage on Monday November 18th (7.45pm) and Newcastle's Shola Ameobi is in the Super Eagles squad.

    Tickets for the game are on sale now from Fulham and prices start from £20 for adults online here NB: prices increase by £5 per ticket after 5pm on Wed 13.11.2013.

    Please say they qualify. I really want to see shola at the world cup. It would be just the most unlikely thing to ever happen.

    Will have to see if I've still got one - haven't bought a top in years

    Probably got a couple of other mates coming along as well (Fulham and West Ham but both good lads - proper football fans)

    Shola at a World Cup. Brilliant. I think it would say a lot for the competition in terms of romance and also its positive inclusion policy. Anyone can take part.
