No, the stupid person is the one who thinks that none of our players have ever had a bad game and they're all footballing gods.

Junior Lewis was a ****ing useless donkey, I'm still a City fan, I just have eyes and hence, can acknowledge that the ****er couldn't play football.

I thought Bullard was a bellend, I'm still no less of a City fan than anyone else.

More than Fulham brought, and we could hear you lot every now and then.

Credit to this board, it's rare that the majority of posters admit their team has been outplayed by a better team. Usually it's excuse after excuse but you lot have been gracious.

If it's any help then we were very similar to you just a season ago! Get through this season make some good summer signings and who knows what will happen next year?

Brilliant goal but Davies, Elmo and McShane were all ****e for that. Davies' tackle was soft, Elmo got in a **** position (although in fairness he didn't have long to think about it) but why does McShane not come across and do something about it? It's like he doesn't mind Lallana scoring as long as his man in the middle stays marked.

The Saints fans see the media hype about 'goal droughts' and all that nonsense. You know like with Torres.

He's been a proven success in better teams than ours playing at a better standard than ours.

Even Davies admitted he played poorly today, just because we're fans doesn't mean we have to remove all freedoms of thought and expression and pretend our players are all world-beaters, of course they're not. Anyone who lives in some fantasy world where it's criminal to say a player had a bad game is a moron, quite frankly.

    In your own mind perhaps.....

Your posts criticising current players are not consistent with someone who purports to be a 'supporter'.

Everyone on here has seen Danny play and will have their opinions.

Maybe it's best to keep your own counsel if you have negative things to say about a player going through a lean period?

    Just a thought.....

McShane clearly thought he was better off blocking the crossing options - and was clearly wrong to do so instead of closing down the man with the ball. I guess he just didn't think he'd go for goal from the angle he was running in from.

I don't blame the others much for that goal.

Selling your best young players (Walcott, Bale) for big money, then developing a top class academy to produce even more outstanding young talent is paying dividends, as has getting rid of Scunthorpe's physio- a decision much criticised at the time, but one that was 1000% right.

    This really is laughable.

What do you actual think this forum is for? Giving your opinions on Hull City was what I thought ...

Are you seriously suggesting that no-one should post anything negative about any of our players or performances?

I wonder what this forum would be like if you had your way just posts about how wonderful everyone is and crying about how the southern based press are 'mean' to us. ****ing hell, you boring bastard.

How many 'true' fans like yourself do you think we have? I mean, fans who are so stupid that they refuse to vocalise any negative opinions. You remind me of those WBC members who claim everyone else apart from them are in the wrong. You're an idiot.

In relation to Norwich, Palace and Sunderland we are world beaters.

Even if those 3 go down and we maintain our lower / mid table position, nobody could say, with any justification, that we are lucky or punching above our weight.

We look comfortable at the moment and with a couple of additions in key areas, can progress - to mid table.

    Why not?

Houghton looking tactically inept, went for 2 up front for the first time up against a 4-6-0, surprise surprise, they're getting overrun in the midfield.

Schizophrenic supporting and now anger management issues.

It's not shaping up to be a good evening for you if I may say so.

My tip: log off and go out for a few....

Palace only 28% possession at home against Everton.

    Woeful.

"For them the club is everything. For them, the high point of their relationship with the club was standing outside Boothferry Park with buckets collecting money to keep the club from going out of business. At that stage the Chairman knew all the fans by name and there was a co-dependency in the relationship. Any improvement, such as promotion to the Premier League will not be as good for these fans as when there was that co-dependency."

Nick Thompson has evidently met Asbo.
