Sounds like it's kicking off at Chelsea after Marriner has given Chelsea a dodgy penalty to stop them getting beat.
How do these officials not have to answer for their errors.
How come the officials only seem to make these mistakes when they benefit the BIG teams?
How come a footballer makes a mistake or mistimes a tackle and they get banned.
Yet referees seemingly can do what they want!

At the top level we should bring in video refereeing. The technology is there ready to use.
It would take seconds to make a decision.
Then give the managers THREE chances to query decisions in play.
They would only use it if they were certain the ref was wrong.

Always said that when they became professional there needed to be way more accountability. It hasn't happened. It was nothing but a fancy pay rise, it's a ****ing piss take mate.

I think each dug out should be issued with 3 challenges where the decision, any decision, is decided via video.

I haven't seen the incident mate, but sounds like Ramires played for the penna.

It would take seconds for someone watching the game live on TV to make a decisive decision.
If they couldn't make a decision, then the refs original decision stands.
    It aint brain surgery.

That's my thinking mate, if they want to waste a challenge on a decision frivolously it's their problem.

Jose reckons definite penalty after watching loads of angles on TV.

Be interesting to see for myself on MOTD>

And see if WBA would have wasted a challenge on it. :)

As we aren't on MOTD I will record ITV and watch the BBC.

Steve Clark just been on SSN and says it was a none penalty.
    Saw everything different to Jose.
Aw and they used to be best mates. :)

SO Ramires running into a player who doesn't deviate toward him, then falling over is a penalty?
    The worlds gone mad.

The identityof the video official would need to be kept secret to avoid pressure from the big clubs and the media. The only saving grace is that all the smaller clubs get robbed.System stinks but in Italy it is much worse. If a decision goes for a big team it gets no coverage-other way round is shown endlessly. Then the match was prob fixed anyway.

Nice of you to stop off here and spout bullshit rather than being on your own board wondering whether Bruce is a moron, after your teams hammering! <ok>
Why the **** would he have to be anonymous?
    You seriously are thick.
Would Chelsea hire a hitman on him?

Referees are totally killing the game imo. Ive never known the standard so low and the favouritism or big name players and clubs so high. This brings us back to the Catt argument. Do u honestly think his record would be so bad if he played for a top 4 team and England???

Halsey said if you give a decision against a top 4 team your punished and relegated for a game or two whereas if you give a decision for a top 4 team your safe.
Mariner is and always has been an incompetent useless c*nt who was fast tracked by the FA. he has made them look like c*nts with some of his decisions over the years.
Maybe wrong but think it was him in the Reading v Watford match when the ball went wide by about 3 yards for a corner and he gave a goal.
