I'm too far from the UK, with heavily censored internet, to know what happened beyond BBC's brief description. Looking at the team sheet though; Richardson and Kaca on the left (I presume), away from home, is hopelessly naive.
I think it is my fault. I turned the radio - about 25 minutes and we had weathered the storm,still 0-0 and apparently we were coming into it. In the next 10 minutes we conceded 3 goals! It seems like once the dam breaks we conceed quick goals. I am not sure if Jol going is the answer, but we must do something.
Fred you don't take all the blame - I'm eqaully at fault. Got into my car to do an short errand and we conceded 2 in the 6 minute drive; left the car; got in car to drive back and we conceded the 3rd within 1 minute! Turned-off radio.
Is K.Richardson always that poor? I thought he had a mere and, apart from Berbatov (who just couldn't give a **** about your club and shouldn't be playing, certainly not away from home), was your worst player today. I want to say unlucky today lads but I'm not sure that would cut it and I'd probably sound patronising more than anything else. I don't think Jol should be sacked after that. Although teams have done it in recent time, would be harsh to expect him to get something from Anfield. All the best for the rest (bar one game) of the season
Lots of talk, no change. Poor tactics, poor organisation and usual weird substitutions. In fairness, we played some okay stuff in the first 20 minutes. Then completely fell apart - sloppy passing, sloppy eveything. Thank goodness for Stekelenburg. One other player meriting mention, Richardson, was truly awful.
Have to say my patience is waning. The performance was just dire. I never expected a win but I hoped for a performance and some effort, even a glimmer of hope. We made it far too easy for Liverpool, as we have done all season - and since last Christmas to be honest. I'm going to the pub tonight with my Liverpool supporter friend tonight. I'm certainly not bringing the game up in conversation but I'm sure it will get more than a mention.
Hi Gerrez. Just realised our posts crossed. Richardson has been poor but not usually as bad as that. Thanks for your good wishes. If Jol stays much longer, we'll need them in buckets.
Think Berba will be playing for LA Galaxy or something next year... he seems to be on the beach already. Good luck for the next while guys. Can only get better.
