To people who judge a striker just on goals, yes. To those of us who watch the players' performances he's a good team player who holds it up well and links up well and leads the line well.

The first time Roy sees us in person and we leak 4 haha... Oh well, we played much better second half and have an international break to regroup. Onwards and upwards! Our away games have been to teams all in the top half (least they're out the way!).
All this daft talk about our lads deserving a place in the England team should stop. Not that losing away to Southampton is a bad thing, but we haven't turned up.
I'm sure they've turned up and done their best but we aren't good enough to beat them at their best basically.
Your performance in the second half was very commendable. That's the Hull we were expecting to play against.
Oh well, never even dreamt we'd take anything from this game but I thought we'd give it a go. The manner if that first half was shameful, Steve Bruce couldn't have got it more wrong, tactless approach to a game like this, the starting line up could hold valid reason to question Bruce's sanity. Even Phil Brown never got it so tragically wrong.
