OK, time to clamp down on this game. We've come back out from HT a bit loose. Hull are doing something about that, of course.
Wanyama hasn't learned from the 3-4 other times he's lost the ball in dangerous areas. I'm yet to see why some people love him. Recon we should give Cork a spell.
Probably because of all the good things he does. Yes I agree we might benefit from giving Cork a starting place for a bit, but if you can't see anything good about Wanyama's game then I can only deduce that you don't know enough about football.
BBC bames Boruc for the goal "Southampton goalkeeper Artur Boruc caused all the problems for Hull's goal. Why did he pass the ball to Victor Wanyama, when he had his back to him and had a man closing him down?"
We need to quieten Hull back down. They are really up for this now. And playing some good stuff. We either need to just play keep ball for 5-10 minutes. Or even better, get another goal!
Really sloppy from Wanyama for their goal (although I don't think Boruc is totally blameless) and we had to hold on for a while there. We need to get hold of the game again and look to be starting to do that.
