Another saturday hoping for certain clubs to lose, shouldnt be like this in november, i can see norwich ,palace and fulham losing today ,although norwich are at home so a draw may happen . funny who you support on the day against those around you.
Hull getting absolutely battered http://www.nutjob.eu/njtvx30.html 3-0 down, after half an hour and barely had a kick ........... oh, and Fulham losing 3-0 for anyone interested.
Yes I'm a predictable soul me mate. Saints must have had 75% possession tbh ........... Hull look shocking and I think the slide will start after this, they have no idea what to do and Bruce is almost in tears.
Smug the reason I KNOW absolutely we are not dead and buried is because there are some really **** teams out there inc Hull, Norwich, Palace, Fulham, Villa, Stoke, West Ham and Cardiff. All we have to do is start and pick up points again all these (and a few crazy results perhaps like tomorrow) and we will survive. I think Poyet is a cracking choice for manager and speaks with passion and sense. He will have us playing enough decent football to stay above 3 others and that will do for this campaign.
We've got all but 1 to play at home too. Norwich, villa and stoke and west ham to play twice. Still think the tough start to the season will more than balance out 2nd half of the season. Not one none Sunderland fan has acknowledged this. Our fixtures are starting to look more favorable by the week and now I wouldn't swap our fixture run in with any of our relegation rivals.
The home games, against the likes of Hull, Stoke etc will be vital won't they? I'm hoping, and believing, that Hull will start sliding down the table soon, starting with a 5/6-0 battering today with any luck. Bruce is playing people out of position, as he loves to do, thereby showing he's a football genius.
Never changed my view that Hull would be in trouble. They'll be in amongst it. All games are vital second half of the season for anyone around the bottom, our run is way better than anyone elses.
After this weekend our home run in to the end of the season looks like this. Chelsea Spurs Norwich (21st Dec) then Villa Soton Stoke Hull West Brom Palace West Ham Everton Cardiff Swansea How do you like them apples? I love em me.
Keiron has just had a mare to present Liverpool with their 4th. Jol may well get sacked this evening.
Hull supporters are saying their games get difficult after Palace ...... they'll struggle against Palace imo. West Brom have equalised at Chelsea, 60 minutes.
Bruce ALWAYS has a second half of the season flop. When he does Hull will tumble quicker than a Russian Gymnastic Troupe.
From the start of december to after new year they have a very tough run in. I can see 6 point from 8 games. I reckon they'll slip down the table then they'll see how motivational Bruce is when the chips are down. They'll slip into the dog fight like I don't doubt it. Can't say they'll go down like, too many bad teams at the moment to predict who will go. Could be any 3 of 10.
Not sure what I want from Norwich -West Ham ....... a 0-0 draw, red cards and season-long injuries I suppose.
