I'm guessing you mean to save his energy? Because it can't be due to his performance, he's been first class so far
Obviously Gerrard will always be quality in games like this where the opposition don't put him under pressure. He was the same against WBA
Great line on BBC website: "Can a manager be sacked at half time?" I didn't think Jol would reach today in his job after last weekend.
Gerrez, My comment about Skertl was ironic as he seems to be blamed for everything that goes wrong. I think he has played well so far this season, defo improvement on last year.
Hi, you have just been infected with various malware and virusses. If you use Internet Explorer, you're basically ****ed. If you use Firefox of Chrome, there is hope. In the add-ons you can search for an extension called Adblock, install it first thing if you want to ever browse the internet safe again. Second: to clean your computer from any malware, download and install Malwarebytes here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/. Double click on the icon on your desktop and let it update. Then do a full system scan, this could take an hour or two, then remove all the identified infected files. And to finish things off, run your virus scanner as well. This will probably remove 80% of everything you just downloaded. You're in for a treat. EDIT: AND DON'T FORGET TO DE-INSTALL THE PLAYER YOU JUST INSTALLED!!
Good half that. Interesting to see Henderson play further forward than Coutinho, both who are having very good games.. Gerrard is showing what he can do but let's be honest our midfield has been given far too much time. With that said, this formation definitely suits us better.. Mignolet hasn't even had a shot to save! Cissikho is pretty useless, never even attempts to take a man on, he's basically Downing but he can defend.
Yep agreed. Lets bang a few more in for the goal difference, it could easily be 5,6 or 7 if we keep pushing.
Are Fulham terrible or have we played brilliantly?.... bit of both I think. Really impressed today with Hendo and Johnson. Defence has been solid ( with little to trouble them to be honest). Coutinho has looked lively and the team overall has been impressive. My son is at his first game at Anfield ( we have been to away games together but never been able to get tickets for Anfield) courtesy of a very kind air hostess who is stuck in New York today so could not use her season ticket. I hope he doesn't think it's this good every week. He has sent me a text taking all the credit for the performance declaring himself the ultimate lucky charm!
We can't concede like United did. Few more goals (or score stay as it is purely for a selfish point of view - prediction league) More goals and clean sheet would be amazing though. Oh btw I'll just say one thing - at work, win!
Johnson's a great attacking outlet and provides width, but I still feel that he breaks down alot of our moves with poor decision making - like trying to take on a man too many repeatedly. Good game though for us so far, Fulham are playing awful and letting us do as we want. Coutinho is excelling with this much space. I agree it would be idea to bring on Alberto or Allen at half time to give them some game time and build some confidence. Perfect game for them to get it whilst we're ahead and comfortable.
