    Seconded - he deserves our support as a player. Look at the Mags game - Tiote committed no less than 8 penalised fouls and one unpenalised (as he had already won the free-kick) where he actually hit our player in the face - far far worse than Sessegnon's little flick on him. Never even got carded. Cabaye committed 2 fouls, both intentional and both aimed at players. Both far worse than Cattermole's red card against Hull - he got a yellow card for the second one (which was at knee level over the top of the ball). The appeals process should bring into play other decisions within the game in order to give some modicum of parity to the situation. If you could appeal a red card and refer back to a decision by another referee (or the same ref in the same game) then at least the "overall" punishment may end up correct. As it is - it;s one rule for Lee and one for almost everyone else (even in the same game!)

    I dont disagree with word said in support of the lad but the fact is he does have that reputation now. Having better players around wouldnt stop him diving in the way he does. I was one of his biggest fans but imo, especially the position we are in, hes a liability. We need 11 on the pitch for 90 minutes.

    Catts although you can,t fault the effort is a liability I,m afraid
    Can,t give yourself up like that, guy has a huge problem, not skilled enough, couldn't,t hit a barn door, rubbish passer, only got the get up and down the park and breaks up things, not much point being there if you get either masses of yellows or more or less 2 reds a season, get shot of to me

    <applause>

    I love the way the Catts haters ignore all his good work in a **** team all these years.
    At times it has seemed as if he was the only one who cared, there was only Bardsley came close.
    Wish I had a pound for every time he ran PAST the likes of Richardson and Larssen to make a last ditch tackle to save us.
    So referees are too stupid and biased to make decisions on what actually happened and that makes Catts a liability?
    Rather than slate bad referees and ask for them to be removed we have to get rid of Catts!

    A fit Lee Cattermole would be the first name on my team sheet!

    Just wanted to say I don't hate Cattermole but I do think he's an idiot.

    All he needs to do is stay on his feet. I can't understand why he can't grasp that.

    This, even if it's long enough for refs to forget about him for abit. I firmly believe he's targeted by refs due to his reputation.
    Like somebody said before, if he'd have raised his hands like Tiote he would've seen red!
