Not too concerned - remember the rain when we played Birmingham at home a couple of seasons ago!

True, have family down from London so would be annoying.

I remember it piddling down during a Birmingham City match in 2002. It was cold because the rain was whirling around the stadium, due to the wind whipping off the river, and I was unfortunately sitting right near the front of the Itchen Stand. Stupidly, I wasn't in warm enough cloting for the conditions and my body temperature just dropped and dropped. My health went majorly downhill for 3 months after that, and in all honesty, I don't think I've ever quite got back to the same level of fitness and health before that day.

We won 2-0. Beattie scored twice, First one was a penalty.

Don't worry, Huddlestone will be in good company.

As Fellaini is likely still in there, they can swap haircare tips.

I hope for all our travelling fans it's not called off.

It'll be a mare if it is.

I thought it was only meant to rain this morning.

    Hopefully we will win.

On BBC site, Dani is apparently struggling with a nerve problem. Presume they mean a pinched nerve and not fear :)

I was at the last (I think) Saints-Hull game - Oakley scored with a 25 yard volley, finished 1-1 though. I`ll go for 2-0 Saints this time.

Similar to you, not sure (can't be bothered to check) but I think we hammered Hull 4-0 the season they got promoted.

Early goal today and I predict the same scoreline.

Yep that's right. You beat us 4-0 at your place and we beat you 5-0 at ours, funny old season.

It would be kind of nice if Jay, Rickie and Adam could all get on the scoresheet. But I'll settle for a goal from one set up by a neat passing movement involving the other two. 1-0 Saints, no freak wind assisted incidents.

Hull could start with five man defence to stifle us, so an early goal for us would be nice.

This will be a good test for us, lesser teams setting up like this are games we have struggled in since MP appointment.
More confident though after Fulham game where we got behind their back four, Clyne was superb bombing forward and JWP covering him.
Will be interested to see how JRod does today after the boost of his England call up.
4-0 to Saints with a scintillating display.
