Has he had surgery before on it or just treatment?

The reason I ask is because from my own experience surgery should fix the problem.

Erm, it is if, SAY, 90% of the fouls are completely innocuous. Youre assuming ****ing ****loads and making an Evel Knieval over Grand Canyon leap with this one.

How injured are the other 5 ahead of him in the foul ratings? Using your logic they should all be more injury prone than Aluko.

Even if only 0.0005% of fouls were dangerous a player who was fouled more would have a greater probability of being injured than one who was fouled less.
If you can't figure that one out for yourself then I give up.

How come Messi isn't always out injured ? Is it because he isn't injury prone or because nobody fouls him ?

From what I've seen they mostly can't get close enough to foul him!

Players like Ronaldo and Messi get a great deal of protection from referees, so players are more reluctant to tackle them. I think it was Keith Hackett when he was head ref said they protect these players as people come to watch them.

It does seem a worry that at a very similar time of the season he has done his achilles again. It suggests his body can't handle the rigours of professional sport
