It's doesn't need to be, because they decided to simply build the M9 for them, cos Carlow residents were so feed up with weekend traffic during Aug/Sept every year!

First problem of the weekend has just arisen. Hoops Eternal rang 5 minutes ago in a distressed state from Southend Airport to say he missed his flight. It took him 3.5 hours in heavy traffic from his home to the airport. He is now arriving at 9.20 so won't have much of a night out in Dublin. Not to worry H.E. we'll make sure you have a great night out in Kilkenny tomorrow. No probs Ciarrai. We'll see you at the next one.
