I can't believe that it has taken nearly 2 weeks for the new owners to even properly talk with the manager!! I would have thought that would have been one of the first things to do, especially since both parties (along with the rest of the world) have been banging on about getting more players in.
Transfers to arrive Monday or Tuesday! Great! Don't forget to press them into your arm for at least 30 seconds before peeling them off, or they stick to the backing paper.

No, I do understand, but I never could resist a cheap laugh. Look, you guys have a new owner. Surely you must realise that players will be signed as you cannot field a team otherwise! It's almost as bad on our boards. We have a settled team and funds are available, and yet to read some of the posts from my fellow Saints, it's causing them anxiety that we haven't signed 3 EPL players yet. Chill, enjoy the Summer, don't get wound up by the speculation and paper-talk. There is time, and you have a new owner. They wouldn't have bought the team if they had no clue what they were going to do and no funding with which to do it would they.........? Actually, on second thoughts, I can understand your concern. Whilst I strangely find myself agreeing with a Scummer over not panicking It is a bit annoying we're missing out on a few good free transfers (Glenn Murray, Chris Burke, Bradley Johnson). Lets face it, we're in for another summer of mainly freebies. I think we'll probably spend a bit here and there (Jason Shackell rumour is gathering pace, Halford will obviously need a fee, and I reckon we might buy a striker), but its not going to be anywhere near the amount that Scum will unfortunately have to play with when Chamberlain leaves the nest That's not to say anyone will actually WANT to sign for them, mind I reckon we'll have at least 2 new signings by the end of next week, possibly even 3. PUP.
Yes, and even if you don't get anyone else in, you would have a bench of 3 subs....in the five-a-side league.
