As was I, we've won 1 or 2 out of about 15 with him officiating.

Wow, Webb really is a bad omen, just looked back at our record with him officiating: our only loss this season against Norwich, and home defeats last season to Sunderland and QPR!

Still, to cite Lawro's law, we're surely due a regression to the mean.

Agree with the starting line up but would replace Haston with Reed after last nights performance
Howard Webb, probably the worst ref I have seen live this season. However as we are playing a "small club" he might give us a fair share of the decisions as he sides with the bigger clubs.

Aluko was at Aberdeen for a couple of years, and he is skillful. There wasn`t always an end product though - he`d beat 3 men in a mazy run, then cross the ball into the stand. Then a `robust` defender would give him a whack, and he`d disappear for the rest of the game. He also failed miserably in asking my daughter out. Don`t blame him trying though !

Sian Massey on the line - respect to her, she`s usually spot on. That`s jinxed it, I suppose.

Looking forward to this all though not feeling that confident. Haven't seen much of Hull, but Huddlestone, Livermore and Figueroa are very good players. I predict 2 - 1

He's made of glass but the cheap glass that breaks after a gust of wind kind

His final ball has improved dramatically but he still has s tendency to try and take that extra unnecessary touch before shooting

Can't see him starting on Saturday but like Olm says, we'll find out more this afternoon

2-1 to Saints. But it depends if Hull can contain our centre mid, if not 3-1.

I know it's an in-joke. I was mocking myself because of my conspiracy theory that Jesus is in charge of cup matches (see team for cup thread).

I was already really looking forward to this, but even more so after the England announcement.

    Lets really turn it on.
