The time can vary, but £20-24 one way doesn't! The Victoria line to Seven Sisters is only 3 stops and not disrupted according to TFL, a 15 minute walk North will bring you right outside the ground. If you don't fancy the delights of the Tottenham High Road on foot, if you get the Travelcard all in with the train fare you can hop on a bus from the tube stn to the stadium.
Whatever you do, don't take the Liverpool Street to WHL train. It's so slow you'll need to trim your beard when arriving at the stadium.
Ahh tell me about it, I done a bit of Labouring work near Liverpool Street a few years back before I became a boring office twat, had to get that train each day and it was during summer months! Sweat from labouring + Hot weather + Packed train = Bad times.
See if you can get a travelcard tacked onto your train ticket for a couple of quid more. If the cost of your ticket increases by more than 8.90, the ticket seller is ripping you off (as that is the cost of a separate travelcard) .
Welcome to the club! I've been in an office for about 5 years now. Hate it, it's boring, **** banter, the most excitement I get is a dress-down Friday in which I somehow make it feel special in my mind and all I ever do is just procrastinate all the time by saying "I'll get a new job in a month or two...". Though mind you, some of the women I work with are more than enough to make you smile, maintaining eye contact can be rather difficult at times.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr I think you might work for the same company as me! Oh, apart from the last sentence, not many women here. Good view out the window though

Had a chance to watch the Newcastle highlights and Pardew spoke about a game plan, I expect Newcastle to turn up with a specific game plan, which is different to our planning as we play the same way regardless of opponents. Newcastle have Cabaye and Remy, two players who have the quality, vision and pace to take advantage on the counter. It's got to the point where you can predict that we will dominant first half, have plenty of possession, very few chances and slowly the opposition grow in confidence. , That's what I'm expecting but hoping that the delivery of gel turns up as gel is over priced anyway, but 100 million for non delivery of Gel. It's ridiculous and we need that gel to make us look sexy again!
I'm not sure Pardew is capable of having a game plan, but if you're convinced, then who am I to argue.
Lol, pardews '' game plan '' will be sit deep and hit on the break, that's as deep as his thought process goes. At the weekend he spent about 20 seconds giving Cabaye instructions, after the game he was asked what he said '' I told Cabaye to whip the ball in''....... No **** Pardew, everyone's in the box, what else is Cabaye going to do!
It may seem a safe bet we'll spend most of the game in their half and struggle to create anything. But the law of averages is likely to help us out sooner or later. You can only miss so many shots (or, in Townsend's case, hit so many shots directly at the keeper) before one or two go in.
And then what, will that be the sign the team has gelled or will it just be a one off attacking performance? thats what we will find out as when we do eventually hammer a team in the league there will be cries everything has gelled but there is more chance its just a one off display when everything goes right. Although I won't complain if its this weekend!
