This has been the bane of my adult life, was so bad last year that it would take me about 1 1/2 hours to walk from St Mary's back to the train station as I would have to keep stopping for rests. Think I may have sorted it for the moment...fingers crossed.

Yes, thanks guys, just seen some comments. It's funny how it really does become a bit of a community. Needed to back off as I found myself focusing on this rather than other important stuff... it's a bit addictive. Work travel has been crazy over the last few months too, so I went for the cold turkey approach. I'm all well (apart from a broken wrist) and certainly don't hate anyone. As for Tom suggesting I'd gone to Saintsweb .... blimey, no thanks.
