I dont know, on med brakes which I have it obv does 50% of it for you, so how much do you need to brake etc? All corners are different though obv.

Would you be tapping away sometimes, start to lose it and have to press brakes again on some corners?

I don't use the brake to correct a spin if I can help it. Turn into it and power your way through, kills the tyres if you do it too often though

I suppose with the higher breaking assist you can just keep hold of the accelerator as the auto-brake will stop you going until its time anyway.
