Juve might be dark horses in the CL this year, I can see them getting to the semis. Pogba looks quality, Fergie really screwed United over by digging his heels in over that one.

Feel daft for tipping Real to win it in WY's prediction thread, I though Ancelotti would bring some organisation to them but in the league they have a kamikaze attitude with a completely unbalanced side and they haven't been very effective at stopping Juve from attacking tonight either.

City are another one to watch. Pellegrini's definitely been told CL progress comes first.

I'm watching Juve v Real at the mo, knees in backs around a bit and Bale trying his trade mark long shots.

Wish I'd looked where Juve were in their group before tipping them for the semis <laugh>

They've just gifted Real an equaliser although Benzema looked well offside to me.

Another goal for Bale, the real highlight in the move was Ronaldo plucking Marcelo's long pass out of the air before passing to Bale. Lovely :)

Another dive by Young, justice done RVP misses.
When is Moyes going to grab him by the collar and warn the next time he he does that the next time he plays will be with the kids in the u18's!

I don't remember him doing it at Watford, but he definitely did it at Villa and I think he got worse as time went on.
Then he moved to Old Trafford and he's not stopped since, except when he's been injured.
I wouldn't mind, but he's bloody awful at it and he rarely, if ever, gets booked for it. No idea why officials keep falling for his dramatics.

Young isn't worth a place in the team on his form of the past couple of years. This is the bottom line - so he can go for me.

Kagawa wants to play no. 10. His chances are going to be limited with Rooney around. He doesn't have a good enough defensive game to play central midfield behind both RvP and Rooney. He might get away with it if Utd had a Keane like midfielder alongside him, but we don't any longer. So he ends up being a bit part player, which is a shame because he has a lot to offer.

He didn't PNP. He was a model professional when he played for us actually - took a few clatterings and just got on with it.

To think that the "experts" spent most of last season ripping into Bale for incidents that were not even dives, for which mostly he got booked! Nobody is saying Bale has never dived but I don't remember him gaining any sort of advantage for the team whatsoever when he did! Yet here's a player that has affected the results of several matches with his antics but has gone under the radar, presumably because of who is manager was at the time.

I wouldn't say that his behaviour has gone under the radar, as it's generally mentioned by the media.
It seems to have had no influence on the officials though, which certainly wasn't the case for Bale at WHL.
