If Bony knocks in a few goals during Michu' absence would ML keep him in the side when Michu is fit? If so who would make way for Mich in this instance?

Do they know the whole point of the game, is to get the ball in the oppositions net?

KJ, Laudrup is giving Bony some "special" training citing the fact that he was several degrees behind the others due to the problems that arose during his signing. Quite what this involves is anyone's guess. Let's hope it results in a sharper Bony getting the goals we need.

Mind you, nothing was said about improving the service into him. Perhaps the others are working on that.

I can understand Bony not being up to speed with his fitness, but you would have thought he would be now.

Now with Michu out may be the time that the players now play to his strengths. Knowing our luck Vasquez will start on Thursday, were really Bony does need some quality game time.

Well one way or another we will find out exactly what bony can do without michu doing all the work, Im at the stage of couldn't care if we get knocked out as the league is more important to me than europe at the moment but i think we will win. If we put on a good display then i will want to see that transferred on the pitch against stoke....It had better or else i can see fireworks at the liberty...

Yes but he has been here long enough now regardless whether he had preseason or not. We as a club cant afford to pay £12 million for a striker for him to be sitting on the bench and being used as a bit part player.

I agree and we need to start him most games, but he also needs to get up to speed, hope this new training session he's going on will be fruitful!............<ok>

I would use Vasquez and Donnelly out in Russia. Keep Bony at home for Stoke <ok>

He played out in Romania in a hostile environment, has youth and fresh legs and could hold the ball up. I would start with Vasquez and have Donnelly on the bench - even if its just to pressurise their defenders.
