People seem to have got fed up with Christmas starting so early around here. Been in a couple of shops where I've head the shopkeeper refuse to discuss Christmas prior to bonfire night which is an improvement on the last couple of years!

Funnily enough, that gave me the idea. But I turned it into a thread where we can all complain about early xmas ****. #beatthesystem
I like Christmas as most people are in good spirits and I enjoy having a laugh with my mates. Really disslike the early adds and stuff on sale very early and a member of my family who sees christmas so regimentally in regards presents for her child as opposed to a gesture. But thats another story!
Just don't like it. Used to when I was young myself but for obvious reasons. No longer family holidays (parents split up, grandparents have passed, mother goes on holiday each Christmas since losing her mum three years ago and hardly see the brother) so that's perhaps why.
