http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/8868077/? Looks a good little player from what I have seen of him. Watching Bundesliga Highlights now, hoping to see him do something...
From Sky "Hamburg midfielder Tomas Rincon is 'keeping cool' after being linked with Hull City, but his club would be prepared to listen to any offers. Reports in Germany have now claimed that the Tigers have shown an interest in Rincon, who has a year remaining on his Hamburg contract."
He's not far off having lived in Germany for 5 years now (if he hasn't already done it) so if their rules are the same as ours he could apply for dual nationality and remove the need for one completely.
Might as well just bump this thread instead of making a new one. That Rincon has rejected a contract from Hamburg. http://talksport.com/football/hull-target-rejects-hamburg-deal-13110466732 I personally think he'd still be a great addition to the side. He's maybe not as good as Thudd and Livermore, but he's better than Meyler from what I've seen. If we sign up Livermore, he'd be good on a loan deal with a permanent in the summer.
I thought we could have a few foreign loans, they don't count towards the domestic loan limit do they? His contract is up in the Summer, so a loan deal with a permanent would suit everybody. And no compensation either.
Well we have Livermore and Graham AND Gedo and I remember hearing at the time that Gedo's loan doesn't count as he's coming from outside the PL. Is there a limit on PL foreign loans?
Come to think of it, isn't it as many as you want? Watford exploited the **** out of it last season and I don't think they've changed it yet.
