You think you know what your talking about, however your brain does not have the ability for reasoned debate witout using obsenities as a joining word, that is why you got banned before and will get banned again Ginger. Unlike you my deluded friend, I have never been banned so have never been away.
Mugs like you are nothing in this world so please remember that. plus you want a medal for not getting banned you ****ing no mark.
Lol, "no mark", lol, oooooooooooooooooohhhhhh, I'm hurt........I''m just putting you on ignore as you obviously have nothing to say that we have not heard before....and swearing, oh your so hard......
Just seen the tackle for the first time..never a red..maybe yellow but elmo made a mountain out of a mole hill..what is the game coming to. Bad bad refereeing.
Cattermole, Dossena and Brady should have all seen red. Elmo made more of that challenge because he clearly has something against Sunderland (whether he was treat badly as a player there, or whether the fans abused him, I don't know) which probably made it a red for Cattermole, but Cattermole didn't complain at all. It was reckless and dangerous. Dossena is a dickhead. There was no need for that sort of challenge. He should come out and publically apologise to Meyler, he was lucky to have broken his leg. Brady has just come back from an injury and as Bruce said post-match, he's never had an injury where he's missed more than one game before so it's new to him and he probably got over enthusiastic to prove to the fans and manager that the injury hasn't affected him. But again, it was dangerous. Should have been a red. I think what's made it a yellow, as DMD said, was Poyet and his assistant dancing around on the touchline and Johnson rolling around like a 3 year old girl (at least Elmo's challenge had contact). Though, we deserve some positive look with officials considering the games that we've lost recently because of it. Barry, Walker, Nolan, Rat etc should have all seen red and Elmohamady was harshly judged of hand-ball at White Hart Lane. It all evens up.
Agreed - the red card was more to do with Catt's reputation and alot of play acting by Elmo. Today - De Guzman made a worse tackle and got away with a telling off. Elmo rolled over about four times BEFORE he even felt his leg. Compare that to Meyler who was actually hurt - he grabbed his leg as he was going down and only rolled over once. Johnson saw what Elmo had done and tried to get Brady sent off at the end. That should also have been red IMO.
Brady and Dossena were both definite reds, cattermole was a yellow at the most but the lad made a real meal of it
There's debate and there's pigheaded statement of opinion. You're entitled to your opinions like everyone else, but the aggression just makes you look a twat.
Cattermole's was definitely a red IMHO. It's the recklessness and intent that's done it, as well as the fact it was obvious to the thousands of spectators, players and ref that Cattermole was getting progressively more pissed off the more the first half went on. There was a slight 10/15 period where City just passed it around the field keeping possession and he was getting mad. If the ref's picked up on that, then if he goes and makes a rash challenge that is two-footed and off the ground, then he's going to see red. If he'd have made more contact than he did, Elmo may well have been sitting out the next few games. Bottom line is; it was dangerous. Elmo made more of a mince of that I think because after we scored and he did his slightly controversial (though highly entertaining) mockery towards the Sunderland fans, he obviously had a plan to make Sunderland's match hell. Brady, Cattermole and Dossena should all be receiving match bans at this moment in time really.
I watched the Catts tackle and in slo-mo it looked like a yellow, but at normal speed I'd have said it was a red. However you slice it, it's still his own stupid fault and now he's out for 3 games. As for what Dossena was thinking with that stamp...
There's some wonderful technology around these days like cameras, which allow us to see the footage again and again from more than one angle which has helped that particular neutral and the many many pundits to come to the view that it was only a yellow card. I know in your little head, you're right and the whole entire world is wrong. Probably why you're such a dickhead.
I'm cool as a cucumber mate. Just putting your fella right on how footage and replays is better than actually being there than seeing the two second incident with his own eyes. Hence the introduction of goal line technology. He's not very bright you see.
