Well i think we speak fine, and sadly yes we have to call football soccer over here cus of all the idiots who play Throwball, aka American Football, and they are simple folk who get confused. Anyway, very much looking forward to seeing some Toon loyal in KC!

What on Earth is going on over there with your National sport?

The US National Football League has won a court ruling in a labour dispute that allows it to lock out players from team facilities.

Well that all sounds good to me. F**k the NFL. The NHL (hockey) is going to have a lockout too. Things are different over here with the franchise system, team owners, who owns the stadiums etc, and there are players unions. Basically its all stupid and comes downs to millionaires wanting more money, just a bunch of knuckleheads.

NFL is one of those games where its okay to have on in the background if your with your mates, but its to stop start to sit there by yourself and proper get into it..... Plus do they really have to celebrate after every move/phase or whatever its called!!

Kansas is an area well known for whips. Bull whips for when they used to have cattle hands herding the cattle up on the wide open prairie.

College Football is where it's at. More passion, better atmosphere, and hands down the most intense rivalries in the country are in college football. Plus you don't have to worry about your team moving to a different state or city because of a greedy owner.

My mate's just got a full scholarship for an NFL team. It's amazing to think that he could be playing in front of crowds like that in a year or two, when we were playing rugby league (;)) together last year. He always had serious potential though

If he makes it big over there it could mean plenty of free holidays for you.
